Revellers at Reading Festival who managed to break into the event this year have been posting tips on social media to help others avoid paying for one of the largest summer parties.

Several videos appeared on TikTok over the weekend of people trying to break in to the festival, which attracts about 100,000 people.

The problem is a recurring issue according to security at the festival, mostly because of its accessible location: the festival is a 15-minute walk from Reading station, making it easy for people coming from London who want to try their luck at jumping over the fence.
