Product Introduction:The nozzles are part of the sliding gate plates set, which are divided into upper and lower nozzle.To meet the needs of continuous casting and reducing steel-making costs for steel plant, we have developed nozzle, which adopts tabular corundum and high pure graphite, adds in proper amount of additive and antioxidant, uses phenolic resin as binder, pressed under press machine.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. There are around 400 employees in our factory, including 20 board members, 10 technicians, and 4 plant managers. Capacity
Our factory has two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards.The third party test is acceptable.
